Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have passed since your purchase we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If you have used LumenPro for the recommended 90 days but are not satisfied, please email us at with your name, order number, and the reason for your refund request. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Please note: We do not issue refunds for delays in delivery due to carriers’ performance.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipment. If your order was damages when received, please send us an email at Please include photographs of any damage so we may file a claim with the carrier.
